Sensor Requirements Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a Sensor Requirements Analyst, you'll bring your DoD leadership, doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) and capabilities development expertise to work on projects in operational requirements development for the client. You'll plan, research, and analyze the needs of the client's operating force, identify needed sensor capabilities, and determine requirements to satisfy the needs and capabilities. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes. You'll guide the work we do and the solutions we deliver for the Marine Corps client.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with ISR Sensors for ground or maritime stations, platforms, or electronic or signals Intelligence
  • Experience with intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) collection, strategy, sensors, and analysis
  • Experience with military intelligence operations
  • Experience in acquisition or requirements development
  • Experience with knowledge management systems
  • Knowledge of Military Operational Concepts, Doctrine, Total Force Structure Management Systems, Systems Approach to Training, Defense Acquisition Lifecycle Management, Leadership Hierarchy Joint Capability Development and Integration, and the Expeditionary Force Development Systems
  • Ability to collaborate and deliver products under conditions of high operational tempo, frequently adjusting priorities and flux in requirements on time
  • Ability to interface effectively with senior members of external organizations to develop and support technical positions, justify technical recommendations, and communicate effectively
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Marine Corps ground or maritime ISR Sensors
  • Possession of excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
