Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the planning and engineering of an organization's systems infrastructure. Includes the implementation and design of hardware and software. 
  • Monitors the performance of systems. 
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. 
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 
  • Performs a variety of tasks. 
  • May lead and direct the work of others. 
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Required Skills: 
  • Experience building highly available servers end to end. 
  • Strong understanding of end to end stack including tools and agents. 
  • Ability to coordinate technical experts to complete work. 
  • Ability to problem solve and quickly switch tasks.

  • Ability to communicate with technical and non technical experts. 
  • Ability to produce strong, clear status reporting for technical audiences.
