The Supply Chain Coordinator enters purchase order receipts with high accuracy, supports the team with ongoing data entry, and helps streamline supply chain workflows. Responsibilities
- Enter purchase order (PO) receipts into the system with a high level of accuracy and completeness.
- Provide ongoing data entry support to supply chain and administrative team members.
- Assist in resolving and eliminating duplicate data entries to streamline workflow and improve data integrity.
- Follow established standard procedures and adapt quickly to existing processes and systems.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify, investigate, and promptly escalate any data discrepancies or issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Support order entry and related supply chain documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Work Environment
This position is based onsite in a corporate environment. You will work with computer-based systems, including data entry platforms, email tools such as Outlook, and productivity applications like Microsoft Excel. The setting is fast-paced and collaborative, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and supporting team operations. Onsite work enables close coordination with colleagues and provides exposure to day-to-day purchasing, logistics, and supply chain activities. There is potential for the role to transition to a full-time opportunity.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cordova, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
