Job Title : Hyperion SQR and BRIO

Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 6 - 8 years

Technical/Functional Skills : Strong working experience in Hyperion SQR and BRIO, Crystal Reports, Business Objects. Good knowledge in PL/SQL Store procedures. Good Healthcare Domain knowledge

Experience Required Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

- At least 6 years of recent experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting computing applications in a large-scale, environment as a Software Developer.

- Ability to perform detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

- Proven track record of success in challenging the status quo, implementing new ideas and designs with a practical orientation.

Roles & Responsibilities : The candidate will play a technical role in getting transition and building assets in existing applications primarily in Hyperion SQR and BRIO. The individual must have good analytical and technical skills coupled with the ability to mentor effectively.

Acts as the principal designer/developer for major systems and their subsystems utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools and existing designs. Works closely with client and IT management and staff to identify application development solutions, new or modified programs, reuse of existing code through the use of program development software alternatives, or integration of purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective application programming solution. Will code new or modified programs, reuse existing code through the use of program development software alternatives and/or integrates purchased solutions. Documents, tests, implements and provides on-going support for the applications. Would be involved in Production Support and Development. Would be required to work on On-call support during off business hours and weekend.

Provide technical expertise through a hands-on approach to teams and projects.

- Participate in the design, definition, planning and development

- Function as a hands-on member of the team, supporting the teams in the design, documentation, development, deployment, and publishing of various technical components.

- 100% adherence to architectural and development best practices including use standard architectures, proper use of code management, document design and design artifacts and conduct design/code reviews.
