- Sprawowanie funkcji inspektora nadzoru w rozumieniu przepisów Prawa Budowlanego
- Sprawowanie kontroli zgodności realizacji prac budowlanych z projektem, przepisami oraz zasadami wiedzy technicznej i zawartą umową
- Sprawdzanie jakości wykonywanych robót
- Sprawdzanie i odbiór robót budowlanych ulegających zakryciu lub zanikających
- Uczestniczenie w odbiorach technicznych
- Potwierdzanie faktycznie wykonanych robót oraz usunięcia wad, usterek
- Weryfikacja kompletności i opiniowanie dokumentacji składanej przez Wykonawcę w aspekcie wymagań zawartych w kontrakcie
- Reprezentowanie firmy wobec klientów i instytucji
- Uczestnictwo w przygotowywaniu ofert i utrzymywaniu kontaktów z klientami

- Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne
- Min. 5 lat doświadczenia zawodowego jako Inspektor Nadzoru, Kierownik Robót lub Kierownik Budowy – w tym w przemyśle
- Uprawnienia budowlane do kierowania robotami budowlanymi bez ograniczeń w specjalności konstrukcyjno-budowlanej
