  • Schedule: Full-time + weekend on-call rotation for emergency response

What will you do? Make an impact!
Step into a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead field crews and take charge of industrial cleaning and remediation projects. You'll work alongside your team, operate equipment, and ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently. If you enjoy leading from the front and being in the field, this is the role for you.
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise field crews on industrial cleaning and remediation projects
  • Ensure safety compliance and enforce OSHA/DOT standards on all job sites
  • Plan and manage daily work including job setup, scheduling, and communication with leadership
  • Operate and oversee vacuum trucks, heavy equipment, and industrial cleaning tools
  • Perform hands-on work including cleanup, waste removal, and equipment operation
  • Maintain equipment, complete required documentation/logs, and support maintenance needs
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency cleanup situations as needed

Do you have what it takes?
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years supervising industrial or tank cleaning projects - preferrably using a 20K hydroblaster
  • Previous experience doing confined space work
  • Emergency response experience required
  • Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred
  • Experience operating heavy equipment including a vac truck
  • Strong safety mindset and knowledge of OSHA/DOT
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
  • Ability to obtain confined space certification
