As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced Service Plumbers who are motivated, customer-focused, and take pride in providing high-quality work. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems

  • Perform drain cleaning, snaking, hydro jetting, and sewer line maintenance

  • Conduct sewer camera inspections and accurately document findings

  • Identify opportunities for additional repairs and recommend solutions to customers

  • Repair and replace plumbing fixtures including faucets, toilets, disposals, and water heaters

  • Perform sewer line repairs and assist with trenchless sewer replacement projects

  • Maintain service vehicle inventory, tools, and equipment

  • Complete service tickets, estimates, and customer documentation accurately

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance

  • Participate in rotating on-call and emergency service schedules as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of plumbing and/or drain cleaning experience

  • Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting residential and commercial plumbing systems

  • Proficient in drain cleaning equipment, cable machines, and hydro jetting equipment

  • Experience performing sewer camera inspections and identifying drain line issues

  • Knowledge of residential plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems

  • Ability to diagnose plumbing problems and provide customers with repair options

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record

  • Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

  • Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, trenches, and confined spaces when necessary
