  • Part-time schedule โ€” typically 2โ€“3 days per week with flexibility based on provider preference. Our clinic is open from Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • Patient panel of approximately 300โ€“400 to support meaningful continuity of care
  • Collaborate with experienced physicians and clinical staff in a supportive, team-oriented environment
  • Enjoy a balanced schedule with no on-call schedule
  • Participate in community health initiatives that make a real difference

Why You'll Love It Here:

  • $51 - $61 per hour based on experience
  • Malpractice insurance premiums covered by the organization
  • Eligibility for the North Carolina Loan Repayment Program (NC LRP) and National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program (NHSC LRP) (pro-rated awards are available for part-time!)
  • A meaningful role in improving community health
  • Flexible employment arrangements: we are open to part-time or even short-term contract opportunities

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Is a licensed Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina (or eligible)
  • Has experience in primary care or family practice (NEW GRADS WELCOME!)
  • Brings strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Enjoys building relationships with patients and colleagues
  • Wants to live and work in a place where work-life balance really means something
