Essential Functions of the Role Prioritizing patient and family needs is crucial. Responsibilities involve developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans. Adjust as needed. Making a safe place for patients, families, staff is vital. This includes maintaining confidentiality and voicing patient concerns when necessary. Qualifications Graduate of an Accredited Program The applicant's major field of study should be Nursing.
