Senior Credit Analyst (Hybrid) - AgTrust Farm Credit

AgTrust Farm Credit is seeking an experienced Senior Credit Analyst to support our Lending team. This hybrid role offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. In this position, you'll analyze and service complex commercial, agricultural, agribusiness and mortgage loans, including multi-entity and participation credits. You'll provide high-level financial analysis, assist loan officers with structuring and closing loans, and help ensure strong credit administration across the Association.

What You'll Do
  • Analyze complex credit requests and financial statements
  • Evaluate credit risk and recommend approval/denial
  • Assign PD ratings and ensure accurate risk classifications
  • Support loan officers with loan structuring and due diligence
  • Prepare committee recommendations within/above delegated authority
  • Provide guidance on lending policies and underwriting
  • Mentor junior credit analysts and support process improvement

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of commercial/mortgage credit analysis experience
  • Strong financial, accounting, and risk assessment skills
  • Experience with loan participations and multi-entity structures
  • Prior experience with agricultural or agribusiness operations is preferred but not required
  • Solid communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
