  • The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is in the famed Deer Valley ski resort and approximately 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport.  The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is part of a new development, planned to incorporate 17 ski lifts, ±1,600 residential units, 8 hotels with a total of ±1,350 rooms, ±250,000 square feet of conference and retail space, and one of the largest “ski beaches” in the world.

This role combines hands-on treatment delivery with leadership responsibilities, including scheduling, training, and administrative support. Qualifications:

  • Must be a Massage Therapist License - Valid MT license and certifications as required by state regulations.
  • Minimum of one year of professional experience in esthetics.
  • Completion of an accredited massage therapy program.
  • Current certification and registration in good standing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a client-centered approach.
  • Proven experience in a spa or wellness environment; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience in a spa or wellness environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead by example and inspire a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Passion for wellness, customer service, and team development.
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have schedule flexibility to work days, early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Performs other job duties as required
  • Experience in training or mentoring other therapists is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with Hyatt’s spa standards and treatments is a plus (training provided if needed).
