  • Communicate clearly with Housekeeping and Engineering so rooms and requests are handled quickly
  • Follow all brand standards, safety procedures, and emergency protocols
  • Keep the Gallery, lobby, and front desk area clean and presentable at all times
What You Bring
  • Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, retail, or restaurant experience preferred, though we will train the right person
  • Warm, outgoing communication style and genuine comfort talking with guests
  • Solid computer skills; experience with a property management system such as Opera is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with cash handling and reporting
  • Ability to stay calm and resourceful when things get busy or go wrong
  • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Food handler card required, or the willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire
  • TIPS or comparable alcohol service certification preferred
Physical Requirements

Able to stand and walk for the majority of an eight hour shift, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally bend, reach, and push service carts.
