We are looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused HVAC Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and ensure technicians have the parts and materials they need to succeed in the field.

Position Summary

The HVAC Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring the accurate and timely sourcing of materials for service calls and installations. This role is essential in supporting our technicians and maintaining our high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical parts
  • Quickly and efficiently source parts and equipment to support service and install teams
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and competitive pricing
  • Track and manage inventory within ServiceTitan (or similar systems)
  • Ensure technicians’ trucks are properly stocked and ready for daily dispatch
  • Implement processes to streamline workflow and improve warehouse efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
  • Support emergency part sourcing to ensure rapid customer service turnaround
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of warehouse experience (HVAC/plumbing/electrical industry preferred)
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC parts, equipment, and materials
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, vendors, and leadership
  • Basic computer skills (inventory systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license
