Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced warehouse worker with HVAC industry knowledge to manage inventory, receive and distribute materials, maintain warehouse organization, and support field technicians with equipment and parts needed for daily operations.

Primary Duties

  • Receive and inspect incoming HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.
  • Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pull and stage materials for installation and service technicians.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
  • Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Coordinate material transfers, deliveries, and pickups.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
  • HVAC warehouse experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts, and materials.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic computer and inventory management experience.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
