OverviewJoin a Growing Residential HVAC Team

H&H Heating & Cooling is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and tech-savvy HVAC Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, purchasing, and parts sourcing for our busy residential HVAC service and installation business. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our technicians have the equipment, materials, and parts they need to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily warehouse operations and maintain an organized, clean, and safe facility
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies
  • Source, price, and purchase parts, materials, tools, and equipment from approved vendors
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
  • Track inventory through warehouse management and business software systems
  • Coordinate material staging and equipment availability for installation and service teams
  • Perform regular inventory counts and audits to minimize shortages and discrepancies
  • Research hard-to-find or specialty HVAC parts as needed
  • Manage warranty returns, credits, and vendor exchanges
  • Assist with fleet and tool inventory management
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, purchasing, or HVAC industry experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with inventory, purchasing, and business software
  • Experience sourcing and purchasing parts, equipment, and supplies
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment and parts is highly preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform warehouse-related duties
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
