Job Summary
Betlem Residential Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking skilled HVAC Service Technicians with at least 3 years of residential and/or light commercial experience to join our team. You will service, diagnose, repair, and install a variety of HVAC&R systems. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and committed to providing top-notch customer service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Service, maintain and repair HVAC equipment (furnances, boilers, AC units, heat pumps).
  • Respond to residential and light commercial service calls.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and maintenance tips.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and supervisors regarding scheduling and materials.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as required.
  • Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and company vehicle.
  • Work flexible hours when necessary.

Qualifications
  • Valid NYS driver's license with a clean record.
  • EPA certification.
  • OSHA 10-hour certification.
  • Minimum 3 years HVAC&R service/installation experience (residential or light commercial).

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma - GED, Higher education or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 5-10 years related job experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
