HVAC Instructor โ€“ Put Your Experience to Work (No Teaching Experience Needed)

Are you an experienced HVAC technician whoโ€™s tired of the grind โ€” on-call nights, crawl spaces, rooftops in February, and wear-and-tear on your body?

This is your chance to stay in the trade, share what you know, and build a stable, rewarding career training the next generation of HVAC professionals.

Weโ€™re looking for industry professionals, not career teachers. If you know HVAC, weโ€™ll teach you how to teach.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

As an HVAC Instructor, youโ€™ll bring real-world experience into the classroom and lab, showing students how the trade actually works โ€” not just how it looks in a book.

You will:

  • Teach hands-on HVAC skills using real equipment and real scenarios
  • Share jobsite knowledge, troubleshooting tips, and best practices
  • Mentor students at different skill levels โ€” from beginners to advanced learners
  • Prepare students for licensing, certification, and real-world success
  • Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development
  • Work independently while being supported by an experienced education team
