THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN HVAC SERVICE TECH
As an HVAC Service Tech, you'll put your skills to work troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment across a variety of settings. Depending on your background and qualifications, you may work in residential homes, commercial buildings, or on refrigeration systems.
Each day, you'll present clear findings and options to customers, ensuring their satisfaction while building trust through excellent service. You'll take pride in maintaining your truck inventory, keeping your service vehicle organized and clean, and promptly alerting management to any maintenance needs.
After completing each service call, you'll connect with the office to provide updates and receive your next dispatch. With a strong focus on customer service, you'll represent the company with professionalism and care-becoming a trusted resource for comfort and reliability in every home or business you serve.
OUR IDEAL HVAC SERVICE TECH
  • Relevant experience as an HVAC technician
  • Connecticut HVAC trade license
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Strong customer service skills

We have been installing and servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems throughout Connecticut since 1988. We provide a range of services to our customers including heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, ductless air systems, geothermal heat pumps, commercial refrigeration, and more! Custom ductwork is fabricated in our in-house sheet metal shop by state-licensed fabricators. The air conditioning and heating arena is our business, not a sideline.
