Bay Climate Control and Refrigeration is growing, and we're looking for experienced Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technicians to support our expanding customer base in the Destin area.
We're not just looking for skill-we're looking for a motivated technician who's ready to get the job done, take initiative, and thrive while helping bring in and complete quality work. What You'll Do:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls
  • Install new systems and components as needed
  • Deliver top-quality service while communicating effectively with customers

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • EPA certification (required)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
