Full-Time | Commercial HVAC | Family-Owned | Alabama, Tennessee & Mississippi

We’re growing and looking for experienced Commercial HVAC Technicians who take pride in their craft — whether you’re a seasoned tech with 5+ years ready to hit the ground running, or a strong mid-level technician looking to grow. Responsibilities

•      Install, service, and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation systems

•      Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, testing, balancing, and system start-ups

•      Complete preventive maintenance and inspections

•      Modify or replace equipment, piping, ductwork, and controls

•      Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams

•      Develop repair quotations and communicate findings clearly to customers

•      Document work performed and maintain accurate service records

•      Provide technical guidance to less experienced technicians as needed

•      Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

•      3+ years of commercial HVAC service and installation experience (5+ years preferred)

•      EPA 608 Certification

•      Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

•      Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

•      Ability to read wiring schematics, blueprints, and equipment specifications

•      Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments (rooftops, confined spaces, extreme temperatures)

•      Professional customer communication skills

Preferred

•      NATE Certification

•      Electrical license or substantial electrical field experience

•      Commercial refrigeration and/or chiller experience

•      Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS)

•      Plumbing or multi-trade maintenance background

•      Experience directing or mentoring other technicians
