Job description

HVAC TI Project Manager position with a large mechanical and plumbing construction company We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth. Responsibilities: Ensure client satisfaction in early phase of upcoming projects.

Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC's and Owners. Business development with existing and prospect general contractors and owners, as well as other sub-contractors and MEP-design engineers. Meet and coordinate with Sub contractors.

As well as communicating with Superintendent, Foreman, Journeyman, QA, and helpers in the fieldFind, Estimate and Manage Commercial HVAC Construction Projects; schedule, billings, submittals, ROI's, RFI's & change orders, select and monitor subs, O&M's, and warranties. Review project specs and identify value engineering opportunities to present to our clients. Requirements: Local Stable work-history.

Bachelor's degree in construction or similar. Familiar with state building and HVAC/Plumbing codes. 8+ years of experience working for a Mechanical Contractors on large commercial projects.

Strong knowledge in Sage/Timberline, MS Project, and Microsoft Office preferred.
