We are a large, growing mechanical contractor. We work on some of California's biggest and best projects. We are searching for a top-notch Senior HVAC Project Manager to add to our team.

Responsibilities: Meet with Owners and General Contractors Attend BIM Coordination meetings Manage one or multiple large projects Be involved with projects from Preconstruction to close-out Manage and help develop Project Engineers and Project Managers to help them develop within our company Requirements: 10 or more years of Senior HVAC Project Management experience on large commercial, mechanical projects Technical requirements (prior working knowledge preferred) Quickpen MS Project MS Excel BlueBeam Preferred: Stable work-history Local Bachelor's Degree or higher Prior field experience
