What You'll Do

As the Residential New Construction HVAC Installation Manager, you'll oversee multiple residential HVAC construction projects from preconstruction planning through final completion. You'll coordinate installation schedules, manage field personnel, allocate labor and resources, and work closely with builders, project managers, vendors, homeowners, and internal departments to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet company quality standards.

You'll review blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work while monitoring job progress, labor utilization, budgets, project costs, and overall profitability. Regular jobsite visits will allow you to verify installation quality, reinforce safety standards, resolve field challenges, and provide coaching and support to installation teams.

You'll also build and maintain strong relationships with builders and customers, proactively address project concerns, coordinate scheduling priorities, and ensure every installation reflects the high standards that Precision Plumbing and Heating Systems is known for.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced construction leaders with a strong background in residential project management and HVAC installation operations. Candidates should have previous experience managing field personnel, coordinating multiple construction projects, and overseeing scheduling, labor planning, budgets, and project timelines.

A thorough understanding of residential HVAC systems, construction practices, blueprint reading, and mechanical installation standards is essential.
