What You'll Do
  • Estimate commercial HVAC projects using construction drawings and specifications

  • Develop project budgets, schedules, and manpower plans

  • Coordinate projects from preconstruction through completion

  • Solicit pricing from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors

  • Manage project costs, labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor performance

  • Review and process RFIs, change orders, and project documentation

  • Coordinate project activities with general contractors and other trades

  • Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor safety, quality, productivity, and contract compliance

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

  • Monitor project progress to ensure schedules and budgets remain on track

  • Support warranty follow-up and customer satisfaction after project completion

  • Mentor field personnel and assist with developing less experienced team members

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of two years of commercial project management experience

  • Commercial HVAC experience required

  • Experience in estimating commercial HVAC projects from blueprints through project award

  • Working knowledge of commercial construction processes, including RFIs, change orders, project scheduling, and subcontractor coordination

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, labor planning, and cost control

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications
  • Five or more years of commercial project management experience

  • Experience managing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical construction projects

  • Background coordinating multiple trades on commercial construction sites
