(Project Sales Representative)


Location: Montgomery, AL

Comp: $60K to $95K base Salary + Bonus and Commissions

OTE(On Target Earnings): > $140K


Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Montgomery, Alabama. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and managing sales of HVAC and process systems, from identifying opportunities to project execution. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is passionate about delivering tailored solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with new and existing clients to identify HVAC needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Generate and qualify new sales leads.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Address customer questions and objections with professionalism and technical insight.
  • Manage quotes efficiently and drive sales to meet or exceed annual targets.

Minimum Qualifications
