Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Refrigeration Leadman to join our dynamic team. As a Leadman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing refrigeration projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of refrigeration technicians on construction sites.
  • Coordinate and schedule project tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Install commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, and HVAC units.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Mentor and train junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC or HVAC/R experience.
  • Correct certifications and other relevant licenses.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Aptitude to learn this quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
