Job Summary

Betlem Residential Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking skilled HVAC Installation Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial HVAC installations, support service technicians, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and committed to providing top-notch customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Install a variety of HVAC equipment, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pump systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners.
  • Coordinate work schedules, materials, and logistics with project managers and supervisors.
  • Participate in our on-call program as needed.
  • Follow all company and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle.
  • Adapt to flexible hours as required.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • EPA certification.
  • OSHA 10-hour certification.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC installation preferred.

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma - GED, Higher education or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 5-10 years related job experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
