Job description

HVAC Installer — Residential New Construction & Retrofit
Mauro Electric Inc. — Bothell, WA

Mauro Electric Inc. is a family-owned electrical and HVAC contractor serving the greater Seattle/Eastside area for 28 years. We're growing our heating and cooling division and looking for an experienced HVAC Installer who does quality work and takes pride in it.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $40–$55/hour, depending on experience
- Health insurance, including dental and vision
- PTO program
- Company vehicle (take-home eligibility depending on distance from the shop)

What You'll Do:
- Perform new construction HVAC installations in residential homes
- Install retrofit heat pump add-ons and full system replacements
- Diagnose and perform service/technical troubleshooting on heating and cooling systems
- Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems
- Occasional light commercial work as it comes up

What You Need:
- Proven experience in residential HVAC installation (new construction and retrofit)
- Working knowledge of heat pump systems specifically
- Service/diagnostic technical skills, not just install experience
- EPA 608 certification (required to handle refrigerants)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer care

Nice to Have (not required):
- Commercial HVAC experience
