Salary: $20-$30 hourly

HVAC Installation apprentice


At Product Air, we dont just install equipment.
We install systems the right way the first time.

We are building one of the strongest HVAC and Electrical teams in the Pacific Northwest. If your learning to learn clean installs, clean sheet metal, straight lines, and systems that perform youll fit here.

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Pay depends on experience and licensing. We strive to be the highest-paying company in our market for top performers.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift 50+ lbs regularly
  • Work on your feet, knees, and ladders for extended periods
  • Comfortable in attics, crawl spaces, garages, and tight mechanical rooms
  • Able to safely drive a company vehicle

What Youll Do

  • Assist in removing and replacing furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and duct systems
  • Assist in installing equipment to manufacturer specs and company standards
  • Assist in performing start-up and system testing
  • Assist in ensuring clean, organized, professional job sites
  • Work closely with Install and field leaders to be the best you can be

Some days will exceed 8 hours. We do what it takes to finish strong and finish right.
