Employers typically provide on-the-job training to help new workers develop skills in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. Many companies also offer apprenticeship programs to help newcomers build a long-term career in the HVAC field.

To thrive in a No Experience HVAC role, you need a basic understanding of mechanical systems, a willingness to learn, and a high school diploma or GED.
