Job description

HVAC Technician - Residential Service| 18% commission off the top of Gross Sales + Bonuses

Potential Annual earnings up to $150, 000

$6,000 sign on bonus - depending on qualifications

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | some weekends and evenings during peak season

Job Duties:

  • Residential and light commercial service work
  • Service, maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of HVAC systems
  • Diagnose HVAC equipment
  • Consult with customer on repair, replacement, and upgrade options
  • Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, including inventory and retail pricing
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Daily use of Service Titan our cloud-base CRM
