HVAC Service Technician | Experienced Only | North Georgia
EaZy Pros is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We service residential and light commercial customers throughout Acworth, Cartersville, Rome, Dalton, Chatsworth, Calhoun, Adairsville, and surrounding North Georgia areas.
If you're a skilled technician who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems independently, we want to hear from you.
PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
This is NOT a helper, apprentice, or training position. Applicants must have hands-on HVAC service experience and be capable of diagnosing and repairing systems without constant supervision.
We are looking for technicians who can hit the ground running from day one.
Responsibilities
• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues
• Repair or replace defective components, motors, controls, wiring, and equipment
• Perform system maintenance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability
• Conduct leak detection and refrigerant repairs
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers
• Complete service tickets and documentation accurately
• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
Qualifications
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven HVAC service and repair experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Experience with heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces, package units, and air conditioning systems
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to climb ladders, work in attics and crawl spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds
