Throughout the day, you will deliver engaging classroom instruction and hands-on training in esthetics and skincare, teaching both foundational and advanced topics including skin analysis, waxing techniques, makeup application and artistry, product knowledge and ingredients, retailing and guest service strategies, and advanced esthetics modalities such as LED therapy, microcurrent, HydraFacial, and more. You will demonstrate professional techniques and industry best practices, mentor and motivate students throughout their educational journey, evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.ESTHETICS INSTRUCTOR REQUIREMENTS:Current Georgia esthetics instructor licenseProfessional esthetics experience in a spa, salon, or related settingStrong working knowledge of skincare, makeup, and esthetics technologies and modalitiesPassion for education, mentorship, and student successExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience teaching or training adultsExperience hosting virtual sessions via Zoom or Google MeetProduct sales and inventory management experienceLesson planning and curriculum development experienceBilingual skillsABOUT USRoswell, Georgia, known for its vibrant arts scene and thriving local businesses, is also home to Paul Mitchell The School Esani, an educational leader in the beauty industry.
