HVAC amp; Plumbing Unlimited is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Install Technician to join our growing team in Lorton, VA. We are looking for a skilled professional with 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience who can confidently lead projects, manage job site activities, and deliver high-quality installations.

This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys working on complex commercial systems, and has experience leading installation crews.

Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
  • Install rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, VRF/VRV systems, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate daily job site activities with project managers and general contractors.
  • Ensure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards.
  • Train and mentor apprentice and junior installers.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
  • Complete required job documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
  • Previous experience leading installation crews.
