NOW HIRING: HVAC INSTALL TECHNICIAN (Residential)

Residential Installation | Full-Time

**UP TO $2,500 SIGN ON BONUS (based on experience)**

HVAC Unlimited is seeking a highly experienced HVAC Install Technician to lead and execute residential system installations. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work and consistently delivers top-quality installs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
  • Lead installation jobs and ensure quality workmanship
  • Read and interpret installation plans and specifications
  • Ensure all installs meet code and manufacturer standards
  • Train and mentor junior installers as needed
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 10 years of HVAC installation experience required
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and install practices
  • Ability to lead install jobs independently
  • EPA certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High attention to detail and craftsmanship
