Job Responsibilities: 

  • Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute HVAC installations according to project specifications and industry standards
  • Measure and cut materials to fit installation requirements, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components
  • Connect HVAC systems to existing ductwork, wiring, and control systems, ensuring proper operation and adherence to safety regulations
  • Test installed HVAC systems to verify functionality, troubleshoot any issues, and make adjustments as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining system operation, and offering maintenance tips
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Complete installation documentation accurately and promptly, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment inventory 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC vocational training program preferred
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to HVAC installation
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Proficient with hand and power tools commonly used in HVAC installation and repair
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role. Company policy requires that all drivers be at least 21 years old
