Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Installers for projects located in the Rialto, CA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-36/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an HVAC Installer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:        

  • Install, assemble, and commission commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, VRF/VRV systems, ductless units, and ventilation equipment on ground-up and TI projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications to accurately lay out and install systems per plan
  • Fabricate and install ductwork (square/round), hangers, and supports
  • Set equipment
  • Run and braze refrigerant lines
  • Complete condensate and drainage systems
  • Perform low-voltage and line-voltage wiring, including terminations for thermostats, controls, and disconnects
  • Conduct pressure testing, evacuation, and refrigerant charging in accordance with manufacturer specs
  • Assist with startups, system balancing, and troubleshooting to ensure proper airflow and performance
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards, local codes, and jobsite requirements
  • Coordinate with other trades (sheet metal, electrical, plumbing, GC), maintain clean work areas, and complete installs on schedule
Requirements
  • 2+ years commercial HVAC install experience preferred
  • Experience with RTUs, ductwork, brazing, and controls wiring
  • Ability to read blueprints and mechanical plans
  • EPA certification (preferred)
  • Proficient with hand/power tools
