Job description

Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing and we're hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to join our North Bay team. We serve customers across the San Francisco Bay Area, with work throughout Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties. This is a full time, field based position focused on residential and light commercial installation work.
This is a steady, full time role with consistent work year round and strong earning potential based on experience.
About the Role
As an HVAC Installer at Bellows, you'll focus on installation projects including full system replacements, ductwork, and advanced HVAC systems. You'll work with a team or lead smaller crews to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This role is for experienced installers only. We are not hiring entry level or apprentice candidates for this position.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants steady work without sales pressure.
What You'll Do
• Complete residential and light commercial HVAC installations
• Install forced air furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Install and configure zoning systems and ductwork
• Install mini split systems, wall heaters, and floor heaters
• Perform system replacements and related installation work
• Read plans and follow job specifications
• Work with apprentices and support crew development
• Ensure jobs are completed safely and up to code
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Communicate with the team to keep projects on track

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience required for top pay)
• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to complete jobs efficiently with attention to detail
