Position: HVAC Lead Installer

Pay: $32.00 to $40.00+ per hour (based on experience)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with some weekends and evenings

What you will be doing:

  • Residential Retrofit / Changeout installation
  • Some light commercial Retrofit / Changeouts
  • Leading install jobs
  • Fully experienced in Start-to-Finish Installations of: Full cut-ins, Retrofits, heat pumps, ultra-low-nox, R454B, Single Head Mini Split, Multi-Head Mini Split, VRF Systems, Duct Systems and Light Commercial equipment
  • System Diagnostics
  • Installing ductwork
  • Duct Cleaning
  • Installing Gas Pipe and Trac Pipe
  • Installing Refrigerant Lines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer
  • Proven ability to complete residential retrofit/changeout installations from start to finish
  • Experience installing:
  • Heat Pumps
  • Ultra Low NOx systems
  • R-454B equipment
  • Single & Multi-Zone Mini Splits
  • VRF Systems
  • Light Commercial Equipment
  • EPA Certification required
  • NATE Certification preferred (or willing to obtain after hire)
  • Valid California Driver's License with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lead and mentor installation team members
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
