HVAC Installation Manager | $90,000 - $120,000 Salary

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00am to 4:00pm | some evenings & weekends

Position Overview:

  • Oversee all Plumbing and HVAC Installation operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor daily and weekly schedules to ensure efficient resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with the Service and Maintenance Manager to ensure a steady flow of leads from the service department team.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct field visits to observe project progress and address issues proactively.
  • Identify inefficiencies in installation workflows and implement solutions to improve productivity.
  • Train team members to identify and act on sales opportunities and processes.
  • Support supervisors in resolving complex technical and customer service challenges.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to establish best practices for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor labor and material budgets to ensure the profitability of the department.
  • Working daily in Service Titan; our cloud-based CRM.
