This critical role will play a key part in delivering outstanding HVAC installations and helping us achieve operational excellence.

Job Description:

The HVAC Lead Installer will collaborate with the Installation Manager to oversee and execute HVAC installations across residential homes. This role involves leading the installation team, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards. The HVAC Lead Installer will also ensure compliance with all local and national HVAC codes and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive HVAC installation experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, supervise, and support the HVAC installation team, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within the scheduled timeframe.
  • Partner with the Installation Manager to ensure department goals and objectives are met through efficient project execution.
  • Ensure all installations comply with company quality standards, HVAC regulations, and safety codes.
  • Regularly lead installation projects while training and developing junior installers.
  • Maintain open communication with customers, explaining installation processes and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees on-site.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including sales and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, with a strong understanding of residential systems.
  • EPA 608 Certification required; NATE Certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
