Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead and oversee residential HVAC installation operations. This role is responsible for managing installation schedules, supervising field teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential HVAC installations, leadership, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate residential HVAC installation projects to meet scheduling, revenue, and operational goals.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and installation coordinator to ensure efficient project scheduling.

  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop HVAC installers and apprentices through coaching, ride-alongs, and performance feedback.

  • Promote a safe, professional, and customer-focused work environment.

  • Review material lists and verify job costing before project execution.

  • Track labor hours, material usage, and overall job profitability.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational costs.

  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Conduct job site visits to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
