We have been installing and servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems throughout Connecticut since 1988. We provide a range of services to our customers including heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, ductless air systems, geothermal heat pumps, commercial refrigeration, and more! Custom ductwork is fabricated in our in-house sheet metal shop by state-licensed fabricators. The air conditioning and heating arena is our business, not a sideline. Nero Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. is very reliable when it comes to meeting project deadlines and is proud to say that our company has not missed a deadline yet.

As our HVAC Installer, you'll work with your team to complete accurate, high-quality installations for a variety of customers. Depending on your skills and experience, you may install systems in residential homes, commercial buildings, or refrigeration environments.
You arrive at each job site fully prepared to install a wide range of heating and cooling systems. While completing your work, you also take time to mentor and train installation helpers, supporting their growth and development.
You take pride in showing up on time, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring every work area is thoroughly cleaned before the job is complete. You also keep your installation vehicle well-organized and notify management of any maintenance needs, helping the team stay efficient and ready for the next project. Our HVAC Installation Technician works from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
