Now hiring for a HVAC Lead Residential Installer at our Murrieta our Murrieta location
Compensation: $25 to $35/DOE
Employment type: Full Time
Overview:
  • Have a strong understanding of Residential HVAC installation practices and procedures
  • Must have a strong understanding in duct design and CFM flow
  • Must have a strong understanding of basic building construction knowledge
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers for payment, system operation, installation concerns, etc.
  • Must possess leadership skills and is able to work well with and mentor apprentices on proper installation methods

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • 2+ years proven HVAC Lead experience
  • Team player, ability to work with all department leaders and customers
  • Strong organization skills
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Be able to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day
