Role 1: HVAC Service Technician

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform service calls efficiently in customer homes
• Explain system issues and solutions in a clear, professional manner
• Document work, complete invoices, and recommend comfort solutions
• Follow safety protocols and keep work areas clean and organized
• Travel to job sites in a company-provided vehicle

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your daily call flow
• Comfort working in attics, crawlspaces, and extreme temperatures


Role 2: HVAC Installation Technician / Lead Installer

What You’ll Do:

• Install residential HVAC systems (condensers, coils, furnaces, air handlers, mini-splits, thermostats, ductwork)
• Act as lead of installation crews, depending on experience level
• Ensure installs are completed safely, on time, and to spec
• Perform ductwork installation, sealing, and airflow optimization
• Handle refrigerants, wiring, zoning systems, and smart technology
• Maintain van organization, tools, and jobsite cleanliness
• Train and mentor Installer Helpers (Lead-level roles)

What You Need:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (Lead preferred)
• EPA Certification (NATE preferred)
• Proven leadership ability (for Lead roles)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and install specifications
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
