At Corvant, we provide specialty HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical services to mission-critical commercial and industrial environments. Our teams support essential facilities across data centers, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and education.


We deliver end-to-end solutions across the facility lifecycle, including design, prefabrication, installation, controls integration, and ongoing service. As one of the fastest-growing platforms in our space, we are focused on operational excellence, technical expertise, and building a high-performing team.


HVAC Apprentice I is responsible for assembling sheet metal, setting roof curbs, installing mechanical equipment, as well as other HVAC-related items. Travel as needed is required.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities (List is not inclusive)

Must demonstrate the willingness to excel and learn commercial HVAC.

Determine the right tools and equipment necessary to complete the job successfully.

Must learn industry-relevant building codes and regulations for the installation and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems.

Measure, cut, and bend mechanical material.

Must be on the jobsite at the required time.

Attend all safety meetings.

Follow the instructions given by on-site leadership.

Transport and return all materials/equipment the job site requires.

Cleaning the job site after the work is completed.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of HVAC systems and their inner workings.

Familiarity with all tools and equipment necessary for HVAC installation and maintenance.

Physical fitness and manual dexterity.

Ability to follow instructions.

Good communication and customer service skills.


Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.

OSHA 10 Certification required.

At least 1 plus years of experience.


Physical Requirements

Required to stand, walk, and sit.

Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.

Use hand (s) and fingers to handle or feel objects or controls.

Reach with hand (s) and arm (s).
