Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems
  • Perform comprehensive system evaluations to identify root causes of equipment issues
  • Service and maintain:
    • Air conditioners
    • Furnaces
    • Heat pumps
    • Indoor air quality systems
    • Thermostats and controls
    • Related HVAC components
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively
  • Present repair options and recommendations clearly and professionally to homeowners
  • Educate customers on system operation, maintenance requirements, and energy-saving opportunities
  • Promote and explain the benefits of the CoolCare Maintenance Agreement
  • Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, reliability, and indoor air quality
  • Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication
  • Accurately document service findings, completed work, and recommendations using company software platforms
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures
  • Ensure all work is completed according to local, state, and national codes
Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience
