Job Description: - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with light commercial, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems, including air handlers, condensers, ductwork, and controls. - Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and system performance evaluations to ensure functionality and efficiency. - Respond promptly to service calls and provide efficient, accurate repairs to meet client needs. - Collaborate with clients to explain system issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades. - Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each job completed. - Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards on all service calls. - Test HVAC system performance and functionality after repairs to verify proper operation. - Provide professional and courteous communication with clients, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. - Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and service vehicle to ensure job readiness and efficiency.
