Position Summary
The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing residential HVAC systems and equipment safely, efficiently, and professionally. This role is ideal for an experienced installer who takes pride in clean, high-quality work, can work well with a team, and is comfortable installing advanced HVAC systems, including smart and communicating equipment.
What You'll Own
  • Install residential HVAC systems and related equipment
  • Replace condensers, air handlers, furnaces, and ductwork
  • Work with smart and communicating HVAC systems
  • Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, code requirements, and company standards
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
  • Assist with training and mentoring apprentice installers
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners during installations
  • Complete assigned jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
  • Represent the company professionally on every job

  • Complete high-quality installations safely and efficiently
  • Produce clean, professional work that meets company and manufacturer standards
  • Reduce installation errors, callbacks, and rework

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
  • Experience installing residential HVAC systems
  • Strong understanding of HVAC installation procedures and equipment
  • Comfortable working with smart and communicating HVAC systems
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to perform physical field work, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working in outdoor conditions
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with high-end residential HVAC systems
  • Electrical experience
  • Experience installing ductwork
  • EPA Certification
  • NATE Certification
  • ServiceTitan experience
  • Experience mentoring apprentices or helpers
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
