Job Title: HVAC Technician

Position Overview

HVAC Technician This is a full-time, in-person role located in Brooklyn, NY with a salary range of $100k - $200k. The position requires driving a provided company car to clients located throughout Brooklyn to execute high-level technical services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Service: Diagnose complex system issues, perform hydronic heating work, and execute complete system repairs.

  • Capital Improvements: Manage equipment replacements and accurately get necessary approvals before starting major work.

  • Field Travel: Safely drive to various client locations throughout Brooklyn to handle on-site service calls.

Qualifications

HVAC Technician Candidates must possess 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience. A clean driver's license is required to operate the provided company car, and candidates must hold an active EPA certification alongside an FDNY Certification. Direct, practical experience with VRF, VRV, and BMS/BAS systems is strictly mandatory.
