Job description

JOB SCOPE:
Responsible for the installation of a minimum of 3 heating and air conditioning systems per week. The HVAC Lead Installer will also be responsible for the completion of frontline services and repairs to company standards of assigned territory. The HVAC Lead Installer is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supervising the work of the Install Assistant. Must maintain high quality standards and timely job performance. Responsible for achieving acceptable performance metrics, productivity goals, and quality scores for assigned area.
JOB SUMMARY:
The HVAC Lead Installer is responsible for ensuring all installations of Heating and Cooling products (Heat Pumps, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Gas or Oil furnaces, and Boilers) are completed in a timely manner and abide to all company, city, state, and county code requirements while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Additionally, this position promotes and sells
additional products and services that directly impact the profitability of the Company. The HVAC Lead Installer is also responsible for providing direct mentoring of HVAC Assistant. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to frontline service and repairs across all product lines offer by company.
