Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of HVAC and plumbing construction projects
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and milestones
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines
  • Assemble, coordinate, and manage project teams and subcontractors
  • Oversee project budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
  • Track deliverables using project management software and reporting tools
  • Provide leadership and direction to field staff and support personnel
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards and safety regulations
  • Communicate consistently with stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and solutions

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of construction project management experience required
  • 3+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing industry experience preferred
  • Qualification in Project Management or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of theoretical and practical project management principles
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Proven experience in people management and team leadership
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Background in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
  • Strong blueprint and mechanical system interpretation skills
