We are hiring a full-time creative, resourceful customer service representative (CSR) to work on site in Longview, WA.

In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers.

This is a full time on-site position, Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Great work / life balance!

The typical estimated hourly rate range for this position and location is $22.00 - 24.00/hr depending on experience. Potential bonus opportunity is tied to location and individual performance and has averaged $400 - 500 per month. No specific amount is guaranteed.

What you'll do:

In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and Account Managers to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.

  • Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns
  • Sourcing parts
  • Assist in generating sales
  • Help in the stockroom as needed, deliver orders to customers as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year customer service or inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience. Industrial distribution or parts counter environment preferred
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Computer knowledge including Excel. SAP/ERP experience a plus
  • Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
  • This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
